Gold Fish Bowl, a new fast-casual restaurant inspired by the owner’s mother’s business in North Carolina, is set to open soon in downtown Titusville.

The establishment will be located at 318 Mariners Way.

Co-owner Gregory Ingram shared some details about what diners can expect at Gold Fish Bowl. “The menu will be made up of flatbreads, tacos, sliders, salads, and subs. It’s a walk-through restaurant, basically. Customers will order and enjoy the outdoor seating,” he told What Now Orlando.

Ingram, who will run the restaurant with Robert Cunningham, explained that they chose the location for its prime spot in downtown Titusville, next to the water. “Right now we have a growing population with all the engineering companies moving into the area, so business will be [good],” he added.

The duo is excited to be part of Titusville’s future and its downtown growth. “There’s not much here and we just want to bring life to the city,” Ingram said.

While the owners were shooting for an early April opening date, it all depends on licensing and any other potential setbacks. Regardless of the exact date, Ingram and Cunningham are eager to open their doors to the public and share their love of good food with the community.

Gold Fish Bowl’s commitment to simple, classic US food and outdoor seating is sure to make it a popular destination in downtown Titusville.

As the opening date approaches, locals are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to enjoy a meal at the newest addition to their community.
