The much-anticipated grand opening of Culver’s, a popular Midwest-rooted fast-casual restaurant chain, in Titusville has been postponed by a week to November 13 due to an unexpected hurdle.

The delay is attributed to a power pole that needs to be relocated by Florida Power & Light (FPL), as it is currently obstructing the new entrance to the restaurant.

Originally, the grand opening was scheduled for November 6, as reported by TalkOfTitusville.com earlier this week. The change comes after the discovery that a power pole, situated at the entryway, requires moving to ensure the smooth ingress and egress of patrons. The necessary relocation work is now coordinated with FPL to address the issue promptly.

The owner expressed disappointment over the delay but reassured Titusville residents and eager patrons that the extra week will be well-utilized to ensure a smooth grand opening come November 13.

Culver’s, known for its ButterBurgers and fresh frozen custard, has been warmly welcomed by the Titusville community, with many looking forward to its official opening.

The restaurant, located at 2855 Cheney Hwy, aims to be a new favorite spot for families and food enthusiasts in the area.

Despite the hiccup, the excitement among locals continues to burgeon as they await the chance to indulge in Culver’s savory offerings. The owner and the staff appreciate the community’s understanding and patience, and are eager to open their doors on the new date.
