The eagerly anticipated Culver’s of Titusville is opening its doors to the community on November 6, with special offers awaiting early birds during the opening week.

As the establishment unveils itself at 10 a.m., the first guests to arrive will be treated to giveaway coupons, adding a cherry on top to the celebratory atmosphere. This new addition to the Titusville dining scene is notable not just for its savory offerings, but also for its strong start with staffing.

Currently, Culver’s says that 15 full-time and 35 part-time positions have been filled, with an ongoing hiring process to bring 20 more part-time team members on board. Click Here to Apply

The management acknowledges the inconvenience caused by the construction on Cheney Hwy, a result of the intersection development adjacent to Hickory Hill. However, guests are assured smooth access to the restaurant, courtesy of a newly installed traffic signal. Walkways from Cheney Hwy will guide patrons directly to the restaurant’s patio area, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free visit.

Behind the venture are owners Luis Fernandez, Gavin Michels, and Serena Michels, with a notable mention of the land developers, Don and Julie Michels — parents to Gavin and Serena. The Michels family isn’t new to the Culver’s franchise; they embarked on their Culver’s journey in 2003, gradually expanding to now five establishments with the aid of friends and family. Their long-standing involvement with Culver’s has blossomed into a family tradition, with Gavin and Serena joining the fray since the inception of their parents’ first restaurant.

Luis Fernandez’s story with Culver’s is one of growth and mentorship. Starting his journey at the tender age of 16, Luis climbed the ranks to eventually become a franchisee through Culver’s mentee program. Under this initiative, a mentor, in this case, Serena, provides guidance to a tenured General Manager, ensuring a smoother transition into the realm of ownership. With Serena’s mentorship, Luis is well-poised for success as he steps into his role in the Titusville location.

The upcoming opening of Culver’s of Titusville is not just a celebration of a new dining hotspot, but also a testament to enduring partnerships and the shared aspiration of contributing to the local community. As Titusville residents and visitors soon get to indulge in the signature ButterBurgers and Fresh Frozen Custard, the narrative of family, mentorship, and community engagement continues to be the special sauce in the Culver’s saga.
