Mockingbird Way Mulching Facility has announced an immediate change in its accepted materials.

Effective immediately, the facility will no longer accept concrete, tile, porcelain, or any other similar hard objects. Additionally, all types of scrap metal will no longer be permitted.

The facility will also not accept yard debris.

This decision comes as Mockingbird prepares for the construction of a new Transfer Station to the north of the current facility. The area previously used for storing concrete, tile, and metal will be repurposed to stage equipment for the upcoming construction project.

Despite this change, Mockingbird Way Mulching Facility will remain open for business, operating Monday through Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

For any questions or concerns regarding these changes, please contact Mockingbird Mulching Facility directly.
