In a move that has poultry enthusiasts squawking with excitement, Chick-fil-A has announced that it will open a brand new location in Titusville, Florida.
In an odd twist, the fast-food giant is taking the concept of a “drive-thru” to astronomical heights by launching the first-ever space-themed Chick-fil-A.
Dubbed “Chick-fil-Astro,” the new restaurant will feature an intergalactic ambiance complete with stars, planets, and even a replica of a space shuttle.
Customers can expect to be greeted by Chick-fil-A staff dressed as astronauts, ready to serve up the famous chicken sandwiches while floating in zero gravity.
A spokesperson for Chick-fil-A has confirmed that the “Eat Mor Chikin” cows will also receive a cosmic makeover, donning space helmets and rocket packs.
In honor of Titusville’s close proximity to the Kennedy Space Center, Chick-fil-Astro will offer a limited-edition menu item: the “Rocket Fuel Milkshake.”
This out-of-this-world concoction, made with Chick-fil-A’s signature hand-spun milkshake, will include edible glitter and freeze-dried astronaut ice cream to give patrons a taste of life in space.
While it might be fun to imagine enjoying a chicken sandwich while floating in zero gravity, remember to take this news with a grain of stardust.
