A former Titusville massage therapist pleaded no contest to sexually battering multiple women, including a pregnant victim.
Thomas Grasso, 58, was arrested in Brevard County in 2020.
Police said, that on October 7th, 2020, one of the victims hired Grasso to provide her with a professional massage. The victim became suspicious of the Grasso’s actions during the previous massages, believing he was doing inappropriate things out of her view, but stated she had no proof he was doing anything inappropriate at the time.
The victim set up a recording device and recorded her massage with the defendant.
Police say, during the video, the defendant exposed sexual organs several times while massaging the victim.
During a post-miranda interview, Grasso denied the allegations. Police say when grasso was shown the video, he admitted it was him in the video and stated he committed these acts because the victim was flirtatious with him and he thought the victim liked him.
Titusville Police said that as a result of their investigation, at least 19 potential victims came forward, reporting incidents that spanned over a decade.
While in court Tuesday morning, Grasso waived his right to a trial.
Grasso was sentenced to 26 months in prison.
