Thomas Grasso, 57, of Port St John, was charged with: 2 counts of Sexual Battery, 2 counts of Battery, 2 Counts of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation of an Elderly Person and 1 count of Aggravated Battery on a Pregnant Woman.
Grasso was taken into custody by police without incident during a traffic stop on Thursday, December 3, 2020, at approximately 8:30 AM.
Additional charges for Thomas Grasso are being sent to the State Attorney’s Office with request for Capias: 43 counts of Battery and 14 counts of Exposure of Sex Organs.

Police said, that on October 7th, one of the victims hired Grasso to provide her with a professional massage. The victim became suspicious of the Grasso’s actions during the previous massages, believing he was doing inappropriate things out of her view, but stated she had no proof he was doing anything inappropriate at the time.
The victim set up a recording device and recorded her massage with the defendant.
Police say, during the video, the defendant exposed sexual organs several times while massaging the victim.
During a post-miranda interview, Grasso denied the allegations. Police say when grasso was shown the video, he admitted it was him in the video and stated he committed these acts because the victim was flirtatious with him and he thought the victim liked him.
When Grasso was told additional victims have come forward, Grasso requested an attorney. he was arrested this morning and taken into custody where he is scheduled to appear in court on January 6th.
This remains an ongoing investigation by the Titusville Police Department.
