In a newly filed application with the city, a developer from Anchorage, Alaska has asked the city to change the zoning on 4.63 acres from the current Single-Family Residential to High-Density Residential
The property owner wishes to change the zoning to build a small subdivision with 14 single-family homes
The property owner is also seeking for annexation into the City of Titusville, as the property currently resides in Brevard County jurisdiction.
Annexation into the City Limits would allow the proposed community to use City services, including water & sewer services.
The project is currently scheduled to go before City Boards on the following dates:
Planning and Zoning Committee Meeting – December 7, 2022
First City Council Meeting – December 13, 2022
Second City Council Meeting – January 10, 2023
