My name is Nathan Slusher. I am a local business owner and 32 year old Titusville resident. I grew up in this city and I am now running for Titusville City Council Seat 5.
I believe in the future of this city to be bright and I want to see us advance free and independent. I would like to bring up laws that are restrictive, many that have been in the code for a while , to have a public hearing and to be voted on again.
I would like to see our city clear debt and councils not spend money that will have to be paid back after they are gone. Continued preservation of the Indian River Lagoon will always be on my mind, as I have spent many, many days on the water here.
I am a believer in Home Rule. Meaning I believe the most important government in our life is the City of Titusville, followed by Brevard County.
