A Pre-Application Site Plan has been filed with the city for a proposed Culver’s Restaurant at the intersection of Hickory Hills blvd. and Cheney Hwy

After the pre-application meeting with staff, there is not another required meeting.

However, if staff finds during the site plan review process that there is a variance or waiver requirement, a meeting with the Development Review Committee or Board of Appeals & Adjustments will be scheduled.

The developers next step is to submit the site plan for City staff’s review which is an administrative process.

Once the site plan is submitted to the Planning & Zoning Commission, any other issues will be brought up and any meetings needed will be scheduled. If everything is good, the developer will start the construction process.
