Titusville Police are asking for the Public’s Help in Identifing a Male found in the River

Titusville Police are investigating the apparent drowning death of an unidentified adult male, who was found floating in the Indian River Lagoon just off shore of the 1200 block of Riverside Drive on Sunday, November 15, 2020, at approximately 12:30 PM.

The victim is described to be a white male, between 40 and 50 years old, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, 170 pounds, wearing blue jeans, green shirt and white & black Converse tennis shoes. Additionally, the victim has several arm tattoos and a tattoo on the left side of the chest spelling out the name “LISA”. 

The preliminary investigation has revealed the victim was seen at approximately 9 AM wading in waist deep water, however he was not known to the witnesses.

The victim’s body was recovered from the water by police and delivered to the medical examiner to determine his cause of death. 
Detectives are requesting the public call the Titusville Police Department at (321) 264-7800 with any information that could lead to the identity of the victim. 

This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released upon its conclusion.
