The City of Titusville will host its first Community Conference on March 7, 2026, to connect residents with local government departments and services.
The free event takes place from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the North Brevard Senior Center. It features educational sessions, a vendor hall and networking opportunities.

Registration is required and closes on Feb. 27, 2026, or when the venue reaches capacity. Organizers encourage early sign-ups due to limited space.
The conference aims to demystify how local government functions. Departments will host concurrent sessions covering three main time blocks throughout the morning.
The Planning Department will present on zoning and the Comprehensive Plan process. Simultaneously, the Fire Department will hold a Q&A panel and discuss their role in public safety.
Residents interested in construction can attend a permitting overview by the Building Department. Public Works officials will later discuss capital projects and efforts to protect the Indian River Lagoon.
The Finance Department will present “City Budgeting Basics” to explain how tax dollars shape community infrastructure. A special magistrate will also offer a session on HOA rights and responsibilities.
The final sessions include a look at law enforcement technology by the Police Department. Human Resources will offer tips on applying for city jobs, while Code Enforcement will discuss crime prevention through environmental design.
Attendees will receive a light breakfast during the 8 a.m. check-in. The event concludes with lunch and a survey at noon.
Talk of Titusville will always be free to access.
