A new apartment community is under construction in Titusville, promising to enhance the city’s housing options and appeal to the growing population drawn to Florida’s Space Coast.

Jacksonville-based Fansler Construction has broken ground on Millwright Apartments, a 255-unit residential development located at the intersection of Columbia Boulevard and Challenger Memorial Parkway.

The project, spearheaded by Chance Partners, a Jacksonville real estate firm known for upscale residential and mixed-use communities, marks the firm’s first venture in Titusville.

“Our focus is quality, and we are thrilled to bring our quality product to Florida’s Space Coast,” said Jason Fansler, President and CEO of Fansler Construction. “We hope to build on the success of our previous projects with Chance Partners and develop a superior community for future residents.”

Once completed, the complex will include two four-story apartment buildings and five townhome buildings, offering residents an array of high-end amenities. Planned features include a spacious clubhouse, fitness center, pet spa, resort-style pool, grill stations, a dog park, bicycle pavilion, and a nature path winding through the property.

The design of Millwright Apartments comes from Altamonte Springs-based Forum Architecture, with civil engineering by Kimley-Horn and landscaping by Susan Hall Landscape.

Millwright Apartments, the third collaboration between Fansler Construction and Chance Partners, is expected to be completed by April 2026.

  1. Instead of adding people to town and raise property taxes. How about helping the local property owners update the septic tanks – drain field – city’s water supply and better water quality and many other problems the city ignores. How about educating locals to treasure loca businesses instead of bringing corporate to town like Chick-fil-A! Sick!

    1. All can be done and should. Titusville needs modern buildings like this instead of the flat roofed 1950’s bomb shelters.

  2. Are these section 8? I keep hearing that

    1. Section 8 wouldn’t be building luxury apartments.
