The 2025 air show planned by Valiant Air Command at Space Coast Regional Airport has officially been canceled, according to the organization. VAC decided to cancel the show slated for next year due to resurfacing work on the main runway due to start next February. That work is expected to take several months.

The last air show at Space Coast Regional (also known as TICO airport, its old name) was in 2022 with good crowds in attendance each day of the event.
In 2023, Air Show Dot Com, a separate organization from VAC, held an air show centered around Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach. That event was also heavily attended and both the 2022 VAC show and the 2023 show at the beach featured many aircraft ranging from pre-WWII vintage machines to modern, combat-ready aircraft in service in various branches of the US military. Coupled with the 2022 air show at Space Coast Regional, it’s clear that the Space Coast region supports and attends air shows when they are held in the region.
In their announcement, Valiant Air Command says that the Warbird Airshow is planned to return Space Coast Regional Airport in 2026.
Our Space Coast Warbird AirShow planned for March 2025 has been rescheduled by our Board of Directors for March 2026. The airport has a construction contract to re-surface the main runway 18/36, which is planned to start in February 2025 and run for about 4 months.

Details are sparse, given that the event is some sixteen months from now. Stay tuned to the Valiant Air Command’s website, as well as their Facebook page. In the meantime, visitors are always welcome at Valiant’s museum located at 6600 Tico Road in Titusville. They are open 9-5 most days, except Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
