Following thorough evaluation, the City Council has endorsed a contract with AutoReview.ai for an initial one-year term, with an estimated expenditure of $50,000. This contract also includes provisions for annual service extensions, allowing for adaptability to evolving requirements.

The decision to proceed with AutoReview.ai aligns with Titusville’s Purchasing Manual guidelines, particularly Section XIV for Sole Source, Single Source, and Proprietary Source purchases. Prior to approval, Purchasing and Contracting diligently reviewed justification documents to ensure compliance with established protocols.

In adherence to transparency standards, the City posted a Notice of Intent electronically on its bidding notification application, inviting other companies to express interest.

Despite the opportunity, no other vendors contacted City Purchasing or responded to the notice, solidifying AutoReview.ai as the preferred choice.
