On January 18th, the City of Titusville Planning and Zoning Commission will vote to either approve or deny a sketch plat for the second phase of the newest planned community in Titusville.

If the Planning and Zoning Commission approves the sketch play, the development will then go in front of the City Council for approval.

The sketch plat being voted on is for the second phase of the development, a proposed 102 lot single-family subdivision on approximately 39 acres, located north of SR405 and east of US1

This is the second phase of the overall project, which consists of approximately 345 acres. The developments website states, “This private, gated community will offer gorgeous resort-style amenities including a large clubhouse, pool, fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, and event space, including an observation area to view space launches at nearby Cape Canaveral. For residents to further enjoy the water, there are plans for a fishing pier.”
