With more manufacturing & space industry companies moving to the #SpaceCoast, developers are building new residential and commercial properties in Titusville.

With the shortage of already-built homes for rent or for sale, this has sparked a major influx of developers wanting to build apartment & condominium complexes and subdivisions with anywhere from 22 to 100’s of single-family homes throughout Titusville, along with new retail & service businesses to serve these new Titusville citizens

Below is a list of current developments either proposed, in the early stages of planning or going through City review. Each development will have a date of the next public meeting, if scheduled, where residents can show up to voice to your opinions for these projects happening in our City of Titusville

Airport Stormwater

A site plan has been approved for infrastructure improvements for TICO Airport Authority located at Golden Knights Blvd.

Apollo Gardens

A site plan is under review for 84 multifamily units located at 2727 Demaret Dr.

AstroTech

A site plan is under review for a 30,000 square-foot warehouse expansion located at 1515 Chaffee Dr.

Brooks Landing

A final plat is being reviewed for 143 single-family homes north of Jay Jay Road.

Brookshire Subdivision

Site construction is nearing completion and single-family home construction is underway for a 170-lot subdivision found at the northwest corner of Garden Street and I-95.

Burger King

A site plan has been approved for a 3,117 square foot restaurant located at 11 S Washington Avenue. The project consists of the demolition of the existing restaurant, site related improvements, and construction of a new restaurant.

Caliber Carwash

A site plan is under review for a 3,764 square foot carwash located on Garden Street as an outparcel on the St. Johns Plaza.

Caremax Parking Lot

A site plan is under review to expand the parking lot with stormwater located at 4294 Garden St.

Comfort Suites

Comfort Suites – Site construction continues on a 68,992 square foot, 122 room hotel located at 4830 Helen Hauser Boulevard.

Csonka Alltech Services

Site construction is underway for a 2,500 square foot warehousing facility located at 4325 South Street.

Culver’s

Site construction is underway for a 4,443 square-foot restaurant with drive-thru located at 2855 Cheney Hwy.

Dream Space Coast Apartments 

Site construction is near completion for landscaping, expanded parking lot, and dumpster enclosure at 2825 S Washington Avenue.

Falcon’s Roost Subdivision (Former Lake Bella)

A preliminary plat/site plan is under review for 28 single-family homes found north of Knox McRae Drive.

First Pentecostal Church

A site plan is under review for a 11,682 square foot building addition located at 1010 Norwood Avenue.

Fox Hollow – 2301

A site plan is under review for a 4-unit, multi-family quadraplex building located at 2301 Fox Hollow Drive.

Fox Hollow – 2311

A site plan is under review for a 4-unit, multi-family quadraplex building located at 2311 Fox Hollow Drive.

Fox Hollow Multiplex

A site plan is under review for a 4-unit, multi-family quadraplex building located at 2416 Fox Hollow Drive.

Gen H2

Site construction is underway for a 94,601 square-foot manufacturing facility and 35,000 square feet of office space located at 5200 S Washington Ave.

HABC Main Street

A site plan is under review for 25 multi-family units located at 1211 Main Street. 

Hope Hammock

Site is under construction for a 9-unit multi-family development located at 550 S Brown Ave. This property was donated by the City of Titusville to Community of Hope to build homes to those in need.  

Horizon @ Sandpoint

Site and building plans are under review for the redevelopment of the former Sandpoint Plaza located at 300 N. Washington Avenue. The proposed plan includes apartments, parking garage and commercial mixed use.

Huntington Park Subdivision

Site construction is underway for 86 single-family homes located west of S Park Dr and south of Harrison St.

Hydrosaurus Brewing

A site plan has been approved for a 2,000 square-foot addition for a brewery located at 502 Josephine St.

Independence Recycling

A site plan is under review for a concrete recycling facility located at 84 Golden Knights Blvd.

Lake Fern Montessori

A site plan is under review for a 3,600 sq. ft. school addition located at 257 Aguinaldo Ave

Oak Ridge Townhomes

A preliminary plat/site plan is under review for 91 townhomes.

Orange Plumbing

A site plan is under review for a 17,371 sq. ft. industrial use with office space located at 4125 South St.

Palmetto Ridge

A site plan is under review for 36 condominium units located at 915 Sprout Ln.

Pier 13 Coffee

Site and building construction are underway for a 4,166 square-foot retail coffee shop and a 1,180 square-foot roasting facility located at 1391 N Washington Ave.

Renzetti

A site plan has been approved for a 11,756 square-foot manufacturing facility addition located at 8800 Grissom Pkwy.

Riverfront Center Tract E

A site plan is under review for a 16,000 square-foot office and 24,000 square-foot warehouse.

Riverwalk Apartments

Site and building construction continue for a 210-unit apartment complex located at 5305 S Washinton Ave. 

Scooters Coffee

A site plan is under review for a 664 square-foot coffee drive-thru located on Cheney Hwy.

SNJ Townhomes (formerly Elizabeth Townhomes)

Site construction continues for 28 two-story townhome units located south of E. Whispering Hills Road and east of Elizabeth Avenue.

South Lake Elementary

Site construction is underway for utility improvements, car-loop addition, and new portables located at 3755 Garden Street. 

Space Coast Innovation Park

A site plan is under review for three industrial buildings consisting of 639,040 total sq. ft located east of Grissom Pkwy and south of Perimeter Rd.

Space Perspective

Site construction is underway for a 49,000 square-foot manufacturing facility located on Bristow Way at the Space Coast Regional Airport.

Swan’s Storage

A site plan has been approved for 7,350 square feet of mini-storage, as well as outdoor RV storage located at 3575 South Street. 

Titusville Assisted Living Facility

A site plan is under review for a 96,894-square-foot assisted living facility to be located along the west side of US1 just north of Silver Star Road.

Titusville Resort & Destination

A site plan is under review for a mixed-use development located at 3550 S Washington Ave. The project is a mixed-use development consisting of the demolition of the mall and the construction of retail, medical offices, apartments, senior living, hotel and restaurants.

Tranquility Bay – Phase 1

Site construction is underway for 99 single-family homes located east of South Washington Ave and west of Riveredge Dr.

Tranquility Bay – Phase 2

A sketch plat is under review for 104 single-family homes located east of US1 and north of State Road 405.  

Tranquility Bay – Phase 3

A sketch plat is under review for 75 single-family homes located east of US1 and north of State Road 405.

Tropic Apartments

A site plan is under review for a 44 multi-family apartment complex located east of S Singleton Ave and south of Tropic Street. 

U-Haul

A site plan is under review for a 16,157-square-foot warehouse and 44,238-square-foot self storage facility at 2060 Garden Street.

Valentino’s

A site plan is under review for a 2,700 square foot restaurant located at 4244 S Washington Avenue.

Verona – Village A

A sketch plat is under review for 328 single-family homes located east of State Road 407 and west of Grissom Parkway. 

Verona – Village B

A final plat has been approved for 174 single-family homes on 117 acres. The project is located east of State Road 407 and west of Grissom Parkway.

Verona – Village C

A sketch plat is under review for 537 single-family homes located east of State Road 407 and west of Grissom Parkway.

Verona – Village D

Site construction is underway for 79 single-family homes on 121 acres. The project is located east of State Road 407 and west of Grissom Parkway.

WaWa

Site and building construction continue for a 6,119 square-foot convenience store/restaurant with gas pumps located at 1245 Grumman Place.

Conditional Use Permits

All American Oil 

CUP #2-2023 is a request to demolish an existing gas station to build a new gas station which includes a new store and pumps located at 3580 Garden Street.

Challenge Course/ Park

CUP #5 – 2022 was approved with conditions, to allow for an outdoor recreational and commercial amusement use at 1355 Cheney Hwy.       Sec. 28-276 

The applicants are requesting a permit to build a park to include a Challenge Course and Play Area west of their current property. The property is zoned Community Commercial (CC).

First Pentecostal Church Addition

CUP #6 – 2022 was Approved to allow for an indoor recreational and commercial amusement use at 1010 Norwood Ave.  Sec. 28-235 

The applicants are requesting a permit to expand the church by building an 11,682 sf, two story building.  The property is zoned Single-Family High Density (R-1C).

CUP #2 – 2022 is Approved to allow the development of a concrete recycling facility, 84 Golden Knight Blvd, which is zoned M-2 Heavy Industrial.  A conditional use permit is required for this use in this zoning district.    Sec 28-217

  4. Howdy Mike…I live behind the new Vystar Credit Union, and starting yesterday, someone is clearing the land between Young’s Animal Hospital, and the fire department’s Station 13. A little park would be wonderful, but I doubt that’s it lol
