Titusville Police are investigating a shooting, which involved occupants traveling in an unknown vehicle, who fired several rounds of bullets injuring three local juveniles.
On Sunday, December 27, 2020, at approximately 10:30 PM, Titusville Police responded to a report of shots fired at the 1000 block of 3rd Avenue.
Officers secured the scene, and located a teen with a gunshot wound.
Additionally, at approximately the same time, a local hospital notified police of two teens admitted with a non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, possibly connected with the shooting incident.
The preliminary investigation revealed two of the victims were inside a vehicle and one victim was outside of the vehicle parked on 3rd Avenue. The suspects, described by witnesses as three black males, fired dozens of gun shots from an unidentified vehicle along the length of 3rd Avenue striking the victims, other vehicles and residences.
The vehicle fled the scene immediately after the incident.
The victim found on scene was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threating injuries.
There have been no other reported injuries at this time.
The suspects are still at large.
