Around 3:30am on Sunday morning, Titusville Police received a call for a vehicle that hit a pedestrian near the exit for Parrish Medical Center.
When officers arrived on scene, another driver said that they also hit the pedestrian, after they witnessed another vehicle hit the male then fled the scene.
Officers on scene said they found a vehicle registered to the male and notified family.
