Parrish Healthcare has announced the temporary closure of its Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing, effective Monday, August 4, 2025. The closure is a result of ongoing issues with the building’s HVAC system, which the landlord, The Inland Group, has not permanently repaired.

According to a press release from Parrish Healthcare, the organization first notified The Inland Group of the HVAC malfunctions in February. While temporary cooling systems were installed, Parrish Healthcare stated that the conditions have continued to worsen and that no timeline has been provided for a permanent fix.

“The health and safety of our patients and Care Partners remains our highest priority,” said Parrish Healthcare President/CEO George Mikitarian. “Given this is an unacceptable situation for patients, employees and visitors, Parrish Healthcare has no choice but to vacate the Titus Landing location.”

Parrish Healthcare has encouraged DaVita, the other tenant at the location, to also vacate the building. The organization has also initiated legal proceedings against the landlord.

All operations from the Titus Landing center will be relocated to alternate locations within the Parrish Healthcare system, and all services are expected to resume normal operations in their new locations by Monday, August 4, 2025.

Patients with appointments are being contacted and rescheduled. Patients can reach their provider using the same phone number, 321-268-6868, or through the online patient portal.

• Parrish Medical Group’s GI/Urology Practice will temporarily move to 845 Century Medical Dr., Suite A, Titusville.
• Parrish Medical Group’s Primary Care Practice will temporarily move to Parrish Healthcare Center in Port St. John (5005 Port St. John Parkway, Port St. John, FL 32927).
• Parrish Medical Group’s Neurology Practice will temporarily move to 494 N. Washington Ave., Titusville.
• Parrish Medical Group’s Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Practice will temporarily move to Parrish Healthcare Center in Port St. John (5005 Port St. John Parkway, Port St. John, FL 32927).
• Diagnostics and Lab Services will temporarily move to the Parrish Healthcare Center in Port St. John (5005 Port St. John Parkway, Port St. John, FL 32927) and Parrish Medical Center (951 North Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL 32754).
