Brevard County Fire Rescue (BCFR) responded to a mobile home fire overnight on Turpentine Road near State Road 46.

Rescue 23 was the first to arrive, encountering a fully engulfed home.

Crews from Stations 22 and 24, along with the Titusville Fire Department and Mims Volunteer Fire Department, worked to contain the blaze.The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office and the BCFR Fire Marshal also responded to the scene.

Unfortunately, one dog perished in the fire. No other injuries were reported.

Officials have not yet determined the cause of the fire.
