How to Nominate:
Read the Official Rules here, then fill out the form below with the name of the Titusville Small Business you’d like to nominate and a brief reason why they deserve this recognition.

How It Works:

  • Nominations will open on the 1st of the month, running until the 14th. Voting begins on the 15th of the month and runs until the last day of the month. The winner will be bounced on the 1st of the month
  • The Top 10 businesses with the most nominations will move on to the voting round.
  • As a thank-you, everyone who votes will be entered into a drawing to win a gift card, if available, to the winning business! These are sponsored by Local Businesses, If you’d like to be a sponsor, please email me here: Michael@TalkOfTitusville.com

Small Business of the Month Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years or older.
  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

2. How to Nominate / Vote

  • Nominations and Votes must be submitted through the official nomination form on the TalkOfTitusville website, this page.
  • Only one nomination / vote per person is allowed. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
  • The top six nominated businesses will move on to a public voting round, where participants can vote for their favorite business.
  • The top voted business will claim the ‘Small Business of the Month’ title for that month.

3. Use of Nominations & Entries

  • By submitting a nomination, participants agree that TalkOfTitusville may use the nomination details (including business names and reasons for nomination) for promotional purposes on its website, social media platforms, and other associated platforms.
  • TalkOfTitusville reserves the right to feature nominated businesses in articles, social media posts, and promotional content.

4. GiveAway Winner Selection & Notification

  • If available, a random number of winners will be selected each month for a giveaway to the Small Business of the Month, with prize details announced at the beginning of each giveaway period.
  • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during voting.
  • Winners have two (2) business days to claim their prize. If a prize is unclaimed within this period, a new winner will be randomly selected.

5. GiveAway Prize Details

  • The number and value of prizes will vary each month and will be announced at the start of each giveaway.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. General Conditions

  • TalkOfTitusville reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.
  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TalkOfTitusville and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation in this giveaway.
