A Titusville man is among 28 members of the Mongols motorcycle gang arrested today in a sweeping, multi-agency operation led by the FBI Jacksonville Division and the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
The raids targeted individuals allegedly involved in a violent shooting during New Smyrna Beach Bike Week earlier this year.

Chadwick L. Price, 38, of Titusville and Douglas R. White, 29, of Rockledge, were taken into custody during the series of raids conducted on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
The arrests are the culmination of “Operation Mongolian Beef,” an investigation into a March 8, 2025, incident where members of the Mongols allegedly clashed with the rival Warlocks motorcycle gang at a RaceTrac gas station in New Smyrna Beach. The confrontation resulted in two members of the Warlocks sustaining minor gunshot wounds.
All 28 individuals arrested, along with three others for whom arrest warrants are still active, face state charges of aggravated rioting. According to Florida Statute 870.01(3), aggravated rioting occurs when a person participates in a riot involving 25 or more people. The offense is a second-degree felony, punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
In addition to the Titusville man, other Brevard County residents were arrested:

Notably, official sources confirm that Wilson, Summerhill, and Limperatos were also charged with aggravated rioting following a similar gang-related clash between the Mongols and Warlocks in Titusville in July 2024.
“The FBI has made a commitment to all Americans that we will crush violent crime across the country,” said FBI Jacksonville Special Agent in Charge Jason Carley in a press release. “Operation Mongolian Beef is just one example of how the FBI brings our full force of investigative capabilities to assist our law enforcement partners and protect our communities. There is no doubt Volusia County and, in fact, the entire state of Florida is safer today with these violent offenders off the street.”
The joint operation involved the execution of 14 search warrants across Florida and one in Virginia. In Florida, law enforcement searched the Mongols Clubhouse in Edgewater, four homes in Volusia County, three in Brevard County, two in Miami-Dade County, two in Polk County, and one in Palm Beach County.
Multiple firearms were reportedly seized during the raids, and officials state that additional charges may be pending as the investigation continues.
The massive effort included collaboration between the FBI, the State Attorney’s Office for the Seventh Judicial Circuit, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, Homeland Security Investigations, and numerous state and local law enforcement agencies, including the Titusville Police Department.
