Public records obtained by Florida Today reveal the company owes $90,295 in unpaid rent for three parcels at Space Coast Regional Airport, dating from May to November 2024. A December default notice warned of potential lease termination and eviction due to a history of late and partial rent payments. Additionally, the company faced a lawsuit in June 2023 from an engineering firm claiming $111,445 in unpaid invoices for work on a balloon manufacturing facility.
