Parrish Landing, LLC has filed plans for a new subdivision located at the corner of Parrish and Hammock Rd. on nearly 30 acres of land, which includes a nearly 5 acre plot on the east side of Hammock Road

The current plans of the proposed development include 62 homes on an average 10,000sqft lot located on the larger piece of land. The current zoning for the property allows for a maximum density of 62 homes for both pieces of land, but the County allows the homes to be consolidated on the larger piece of land.
The plans say there will be a 25 foot buffer on the west property line that will include landscaping for a fence and also a buffer on the north side of the property, along Parrish road, that will include landscaping. The development will hook up to City of Titusville water & sewer and will connect to a yet-to-be-constructed mainline that will also connect to the proposed Brooks Landing subdivision, also currently in the approval process.

The project was originally submitted almost a year ago, and the submitted plans expired after 6 months. These new plans were submitted on December 10th, and marks the beginning of the process. The development still hasn’t to be approved by the State, Brevard County and the City of Titusville
The owner also has plans, currently in the approval process as well, for a subdivision on 79 acres located off Turpentine Rd
