A Titusville man faces charges of cocaine distribution following an undercover operation conducted by the Titusville Police Department’s Special Investigation Section and a federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Task Force Officer.
According to an arrest affidavit filed October 16, 2025, detectives conducted a controlled purchase of crack cocaine from Donnie Casey Deyounks, 34, at the “One Stop” convenience store located at 445 South Park Avenue, Titusville.

The incident took place August 26—just two days after Deyounks was released on bond from Brevard County jail for a previous cocaine sale charge.
Surveillance teams observed the transaction at the store and collected evidence, including suspected crack cocaine obtained during the operation.
Laboratory tests by Titusville PD indicated the substance weighed approximately 0.2 grams and tested positive for cocaine. Photographic and video evidence was collected, and Deyounks was positively identified by officers.
The affidavit notes that Deyounks had been selling crack cocaine in the area around the store throughout the day of the operation. The investigating detective is assigned to both Titusville PD Special Investigations and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force.
The arrest warrant was sought based on probable cause established by undercover surveillance and physical evidence. Deyounks is charged with sale of cocaine under Florida Statute 893.13(1)(a)(1).
This investigation highlights continued efforts by local law enforcement and federal partners to target illegal drug activity in the Titusville area.
