Titusville Police arrested three individuals, including two juveniles, in connection with the theft of cash, employee paychecks, and W2 forms from the Gold Lion Bar, located at 4580 Coquina St., on January 30, 2025.
At approximately 12:50 p.m., officers responded to multiple 911 calls reporting the theft. According to police, the juvenile suspects entered the bar under the direction of an adult accomplice.
After being informed by the bartender that they were too young to be on the premises, one of the juveniles jumped over the counter, took several money bags, and fled the scene.
The suspects exited the bar on foot and were picked up nearby by the adult defendant in a gold-colored sedan. Witnesses provided detailed descriptions of the suspects and their vehicle, enabling officers to locate the suspects within minutes of the incident.
The suspects were detained at a residence on Pine Valley Lane, where all three were positively identified by witnesses.
A search warrant was later executed at the residence, leading to the recovery of the stolen items, including a large amount of cash, employee paychecks, and W2 forms. Police also recovered a firearm and ammunition at the location.
According to the police report, the adult suspect faces multiple charges, including burglary to an occupied structure, grand theft over $5,000, conspiracy to commit burglary, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The juveniles are also facing charges for their involvement.
