A Titusville man and woman were apprehended on April 1st in connection with the theft of personal watercraft, two campers, and other items from a local storage facility last month.
Authorities reported that 32-year-old Kyle Stuart and 33-year-old Denise Weaver were involved in the burglary at All-Purpose Storage at 3430 South Street.

On March 14, Stuart allegedly broke into the facility by removing the lock from the gated entrance.
According to the police affidavit, Stuart then attached a personal watercraft trailer containing two watercraft worth $9,000 each to his vehicle and fled the scene. An $18,900 motorhome camper was also reported stolen that day.
Three days later, Stuart returned to the facility and stole a Coleman camper valued at approximately $25,000. Investigators managed to track down Stuart’s vehicle, which was spotted on security footage. Despite removing the license plate, the car was identified by a distinctive blue NASA sticker and a missing gas cap cover.
Upon locating the vehicle near Hopkins Avenue and Country Club Drive on April 1, Stuart and Weaver were found inside. Subsequent interviews revealed that Weaver was present during the personal watercraft theft. She admitted that Stuart had sold the watercraft for $500 in Mims, and they used the money to rent a hotel room, as both were homeless.
Weaver also disclosed that the couple lived in the stolen motorhome for a few days before abandoning it in Mims. Regarding the Coleman camper, Stuart reportedly took a purse, wallet, and collectible car models from inside, selling them to a pawn shop for $310. He also caused over $1,000 in damage to the camper.
Stuart claimed he rented the personal watercraft for $300 and returned them to the owner, “Tony Hammond.” However, police confirmed that no such individual existed and the actual owner had not given permission for the watercraft to be moved.
Stuart faces multiple charges, including dealing in stolen property, grand theft, breaking and entering, and burglary, and is held on a $69,500 bond.
