The victim said he received a call from Blairs live-in girlfriend to come pick her up so they could hang out, according to the arrest affidavit

The male victim said he drove over to Kittles Street on his moped to pick up the woman, and as the pair drove away the male victim said the woman noticed a car coming behind them.

The vehicle was driven by Blair that then chased the pair on the moped, causing the male victim to drive into a grassy spot to allow the woman to get off the moped.
