Property owner AG Ventures, LLC, has recently filed engineering plans for a proposed subdivision with 440 single family home lots in Mims on a 118+ acre property, called Hamlin Grove.
The plans show that the proposed subdivision will have main access on US1, with access also on Old Dixie Hwy and on Hickory Circle, on the southeast side of the property
The plans state that the proposed subdivision will be a gated community, with water and utilities services by Brevard County, hooking into already existing infrastructure near US1 and Wiley Road
The community will be built in three phases. The first phase, Village A, will include 173 home lots. Phase two, Village B, will include 118 home lots. And phase three, Village C, will include 149 lots.
The plans also show a future commercial property, to be developed in the future, south of the US1 entrance to the community.
