Just before 3 PM on Friday, March 4, tons of police officers responded to a shooting in the area of Roosevelt and Hopkins
Multiple callers say a silver sedan or SUV was seen speeding down the street.
Officers arrived on scene to find a male with a gunshot to the arm. The male was taken to the hospital.
Officers currently have South Hopkins CLOSED from Jackson St. to Pinecrest. Drivers can use Pinecrest as a detour. Residence that live on Pinecrest or Jackson can enter from US1
