Parrish Healthcare is now offering community vaccinations to eligible adults.

All appointments currently available are for either the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.
Eligibility requirements include:
- Persons 40 years of age and older;
- Persons determined to be extremely vulnerable by a physician (form required);
- Health care workers with direct patient contact;
- Long-term care facility residents and staff;
- Firefighter 40 years of age and older;
- Law Enforcement 40 years of age and older;
- K-12 school employee 40 years of age and older.
Starting April 5, 2021 eligibility requirements will be expanded to persons 18 years of age and older. Our registration system will be updated accordingly at that time. To register for a COVID-19 vaccine, click here.
